<Role Purpose>
• Drive effective sales performance management framework and reward mechanisms to support business growth and sales behaviors.
<Job Contents>
- Design and manage sales incentive frameworks and performance scorecards
- Review alignment between business strategy priorities and reward mechanisms
- Manage sales target allocation and performance measurement methodology
- Monitor business achievement against defined KPIs
- Ensure accuracy, transparency and consistency in reward administration
- Analyze effectiveness of incentive schemes and business outcomes
- In charge of incentive & reward performance review and governance
- Prepare business performance insights and management materials
<License/Qualification Requirement>
− Strong managerial, planning, analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing,
interpersonal and project management skills
− Thorough understanding of IWPB Incentive Framework and management techniques, as well as the
business and products supported and the regulations impacting them
− Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization, especially with sales channels
− Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various
business lines at senior levels within the organization.
− Familiar with HSBC in organization, products, processes and regulations affecting the deliverables.
