- Role Purpose
The role has direct responsibility for card product development and portfolio management.
• Product Development
– Develop and manage end-to-end card product to ensure the alignment of business strategies and market needs.
– Oversee the relationship and work with Card Association (Visa/MasterCard), regional/group product team, and co-brand partners.
– Manage product team to ensure delivery of business objectives.• Portfolio Management
– Manage and implement customer life-cycle of card strategies with focus on meeting business targets including balance, spend, revenue and cost.
– Facilitate marketing and business decisions by providing actionable decision support and value added market analysis.
– Develop structured portfolio performance by monitoring MI/Analysis to aid senior manager on making business driven decision.Job Contents (maxi 7-8 items)
