<Job Summary>

Report to: VP Sales Planning and Management 

Role Purpose: The role is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), ensuring successful execution of key business priorities, organisational transformation, operating model enhancements and business change programmes.

Job content:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across IWPB to accelerate business growth, improve organisational effectiveness and deliver strategic priorities.
  • Lead change management and communication strategies to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption and sustainable behavioural change.
  • Shape and manage the IWPB transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritised, coordinated and successfully executed.
  • Drive operating model redesign, process simplification and customer journey improvements to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Support executive decision-making through business case development, strategic analysis and management reporting.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business and functional teams to deliver complex cross-functional programmes and organisational change initiatives.
  • Establish robust governance and execution disciplines, ensuring effective management of programme risks, dependencies and business outcomes.
  • Monitor transformation performance, benefits realisation and strategic outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

<Experience/Skills>

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, business management, programme management or related disciplines.
  • Poses wealth management experience with strong communication, project management, strategic planning to support business growth
  • Proven track record in leading and managing change, particularly given the organization’s continually evolving nature
  • Excellent English language skills with strong commercial orientation
  • Proactive and independent, displaying creativity and lateral thinking
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, required to establish good relationships with business users at sites and supporting unites
