1) Impact on the Business

- Safeguard the Bank from potential loss

- Ensure the correctness of operational procedures, compliance to localregulations and adherence to customers’ SLA

- Promote HSBC values and business principles

- Make decision in line with HSBC values and business principles and give timely feedback when against the values

- Maintain Bank’s competitiveness in the market

- Improve staff competency and customer satisfaction

2) Leadership & Teamwork

- Demonstrate leadership to drive and implement changes

- Drive and implement changes derived from internal/external requirements

- Manage, motivate and develop staffs

- Provide training, guidance and coaching to staff, manage performance

3) Operational Effectiveness & Control

- Ensure effective and correct settlement operations

- Assess and implement improvements to operation process and service quality

- Enhance operation efficiency and standard service

- Set up and update operations and control procedures

- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

- Identify automation and system enhancement opportunities.

<Skills Requirements> 

  1. Bachelor or above degree majored in business related departments.
  2. In Securities/Banking related experience.
  3. With Trust and Internal Control License.
  4. Fluent spoken and written English skills with strong knowledge of onshore/offshore securities products.
  5. Independent, logical, proactive, and positive working attitude.
  6. Strong organization / problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills with mature, pleasant personality.
  7. Detail oriented.
  8. GPAD covered worker

  1. 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3)
