<Role Purpose>
To direct and manage an experienced team of Sales Managers responsible for the marketing, selling of domestic and regional cash management solutions to the Bank’s Corporate and Institutional client base.
This role is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives. Establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.

- Win new business to achieve agreed revenue and product targets.
- Deepen existing client relationships to increase HSBC’s share of wallet.
- Expand market share by proactively targeting and winning business from new-to-bank clients.
- Address and satisfy customer needs in a timely, professional and consultative manner.
- Deliver high-quality RFP responses by providing comprehensive, competitive and individually tailored proposals.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, both generic and product specific, to convert potential opportunities.
- Facilitate smooth implementation by ensuring a seamless transition of cash management wins from Sales to implementation.
< Qualification Requirement>
- Deep expertise in payments and cash management industry.
- Solid GPS knowledge and extensive experiences in corporate banking.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Exceptional sales, marketing and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions.
- Essential fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Personal Account Dealing (PAD) requirement covered.
