Job content:

  1. Lead and manage the team to ensure performance targets are met.
  2. Develop, implement and optimize management strategies to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  3. Proactively manage mortgage portfolio by implementing a qualified mortgage service platform.
  4. Build proactive customer retention model and efficient complaint handling process for Retail Banking products including Mortgage, Personal Loan and Credit Card.
  5. Provide business analysis information to help developing business strategy and suggestion for management.
  6. Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.

Skills Requirements:

  • University above, majoring in finance or business related is preferred.
  • More than 5 years of Mortgage related experience or background
  • Intensive time schedule that requires high efficient, well organized coordinating capability.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

License/Qualification Requirement:

  • 須於到職3個月內取得銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗金融市場常識與職業道德證照
