<Job Contents> 

1. Ensure effective and correct operation of TA activities.

2. Foster positive client relationships.

3. Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.

4. Safeguards the Bank from potential loss.

5. Ensure staff to receive adequate and sufficient training and development opportunity.

<Skills Requirements> 

1. Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
3. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
4. Good communication and management skills.
5. GPAD covered.

<License/Qualification Requirement> 

1. 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3)

3. 金融市場常識與職業道德
