Fund Service Fund Administration Clerk

Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

People Responsibility: No

Reports To: VP Fund Service Fund Administration

<Job Contents> 

1. To open/close Fund Administration accounts upon requests and arrange completion of necessary documentation.
2. Perform fund account balance reconciliation. 
3. To receive daily transaction report from SITEs, perform matching task and update to the system.
4. Fee and interest accrual. 
5. Verify the accuracy .for corporate events and market price and maintain them on system. 
6. Perform fund valuation and Unit NAV announcement procedures.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, send to clients and related parties after reviewing.
8. Perform Investment Restrictions and Guidelines (IRG) monitoring and send IRG report to SITEs.
9. Be responsible and follow up clients’ inquiries. 
10. Other tasks assign by Management.

<Skills Requirements> 

1. 具銀行、投信、事務所審計、會計相關工作經驗者佳
2. 細心、認真負責具良好溝通技巧
3. 須於到職6個月內取得投信投顧業務人員與信託業務執照
4. Basic knowledge and experience with Fund Administration operations.
5. Knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulations, products and markets.
6. Fluent English ability for communication is required.
7. Trust professional license is required plus preferably SITE professional license.
8. GPAD covered worker

<License/Qualification Requirement> 

須於到職6個月內取得信託業務人員證照及投信投顧證照與及金融市場常識與職業道德證照。
