Reports To: Head of Global Corporates and International Mid-Market
The role may belong in established BAU teams or departments carrying out specialist work. Role holder may support a team or a single person, carrying out specialist work where the role holder is expected to acquire low level expertise in the field and become familiar with the working practices in that area, but will not be required to be a specialist in the field or be a subject matter expert.
<Job Contents>
- Document management - disseminating information, composing presentations, meeting minuteand, documents file and document management.
- Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
- Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources.
- Co-ordination - Coordinate travel and transport activities, activities, arranging resources, vistor visiting, room booking
- Mailroom, documentation, printing, binding, telephoning and messenger services.
- Support the internal governance activities.
- Arranging travel , transpotation and accommodation
- Support with the execution in business or Company planning activities/initiatives which may include financial, technological and resource planning., such as procurement, staff engagement, sustainability or Sales events, as examples
- Support building premises management, including security and reception tasks, services and supplies.
<Skills Requirements>
- Proven track record in administrative support to senior management
- Good communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills
- Good team-player, with strong attentiveness to details
- Good multi-tasking skill, with ability to prioritize the tasks and work independently under pressure in meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Sound knowledge of application software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
