Role Purpose
To act as the first point of contact for all communications with institutional customers, to provide a reliable link between the customers and various sections and departments of the Bank, to promote DCC and other banking services to Institutional customers, to assist customers In obtaining investment approvals, to provide market news updates and impact analysis to customers, and to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction in order to maximize profitability for the Bank.

Report To : SVP DCC Client Services
<Job Content>
1) Acting as the first point of contact for all communications with institutional customers;
2) Providing a reliable link between the customers and various sections and departments of the Bank;
3) Promoting DCC and other banking services to Institutional customers;
4) Preparing market news updates, due diligence materials and impact analysis to customers; and
5) Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction in order to maximize profitability for the Bank.
<Skills Requirements>
1) University or above graduated, major in business preferred
2) 3 to 5 years in securities industry, or in commercial/institutional banking, servicing foreign institutional customers
3) Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
<License/Qualification Requirement>
1) Trust L3 license
