brokerage business in Taiwan.

Role Purpose (Junior roles can be exempt) 

• Enabling strategy delivery for Taiwan Equities

Job Contents

• Ensure focus on strategic delivery for Taiwan Equities, and manage the delivery of country and regional strategy
• Partner across functions to deliver business priorities, ad hoc initiatives and strategic change.
• Drive execution of Equities operational plans and front-to-back process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and operational resilience.
• Maintain a strong control environment by working closely with internal support teams to ensure risks are understood, monitored, reported and managed within appetite.
• Drive new product implementation, including execution and completion of required product governance procedures.
• Challenge existing working practices and promote continuous improvement across the Equities team

Qualification/License Requirement

• Strong experience in business management, with the ability to lead and deliver a broad range of local and regional strategic initiatives, including through indirect management and cross-functional influence.
• Good knowledge of Equities market products and strong understanding of controls and operational risk.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and provide clear updates to senior management on progress and key developments.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to motivate, influence and work effectively across team-based and matrix environments.
• Confidence and judgment to represent Business Heads when delegated.
• License Requirement: Senior Securities Specialist License (SSEC,證券商高級業務人員) is preferred.
