Central Operations Manager

Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Reports To: VP Central Operations

<Role Purpose>

This holder of this position is responsible for facilitating and executing the preparation process and the upstream data collection, verification and validation.  The data and information prepared by the team will subsequently be used for the nav calculation. 

<Job Contents> 

1. Trade processing (securities and currencies)
2. Market data collection, verification and uploading
3. Fee billing
4. Trade order placements
5. Investment restrictions guidance
6. Static data setup and maintenance
7. Manage and govern the offshored parts of the above processes if any

<Skills Requirements> 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
2. Experience in Fund Administration or in related Financial Services Operation
3. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting including the preparation of financial statements
4. Strong understanding of derivatives and portfolio accounting
5. Advanced Excel and Word skills is a plus
6. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to accuracy and a positive attitude
7. Intermediate level in both spoken and written English
8. GPAD covered worker
