Report to: Branch Customer Services Manager

The Premier proposition is a strategic priority for HSBC and the role of Premier Officer is a key supporting role in the achievement of the proposition objectives.

Job content:

The jobholder is expected to support PRMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC, and to supervise and authorize other PROs’ daily tasks and applications on behalf of CSM per listed outcomes below:

  1. This role is a part of the Premier relationship team and a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier clients and increase Premier Relationship Manager's (PRM's) client facing time.
  2. The role provides dedicated support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRM) in the overall achievement of their income plans (covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios) and day-to-day contact with their clients in the delivery of the proposition objectives.
  3. In order to deliver client centric service, this role is identified as a point of contact for clients and in the absence of the PRM, this role will be the first point of contact for the client.
  4. In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and retail.
  5. The role assists CSM to supervise other PROs’s daily operation 

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above university degree
  • Influencing and client-oriented communication skills
  • Professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
  • Ambitious about providing the highest service standards of delivery to colleagues and customers
  • Ambition of maintaining excellent customer experience and ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
  • Making considered decisions that protect HSBC and the business 

License/Qualification Requirement:

  1. 具備信託業業務人員
  2. Band 7 須具備外匯業務經辦及覆核人員證照與銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗或曾擔任內部稽核單位之稽核人員實際辦理內部稽核工作一年以上
