We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Wealth and Liabilities Product Manager (GCB 6)

 

 

Role Purpose


To help grow the Wealth Management business of IWPB by providing products support, programs, and campaigns for retail customers.

 

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

  • Contribute to new product development by closely coordinating with respective Wealth and Liabilities product heads to ensure continuous pipeline of appropriate products for retail clients.
  • Provision of product support initiatives such as internal and client product launches, training support for Relationship managers, and product rollout to sales staff.
  • Manage cross-sell and up-sell strategy of wealth products through portfolio management of IWPB clients.
  • Increase referral of clients to HSBC Wealth Brokerage through leads management by closely coordinating with analytics team in building and maintaining a client portfolio base with higher propensity and needs to avail Wealth products.
  • Assists in monitoring, gauging, and managing liabilities product profitability and efficiency, by identifying opportunities to improve the account opening, referral and, needs uncovering process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and regulatory compliance.
  • This includes the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Good customer orientation with inclination towards service and client satisfaction
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years in banking or financial industry
  • Product development or management experience
