We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Manager - Cards Business Services.

ROLE PURPOSE

 

The jobholder (1) shall perform the assigned day-to-day management of the Cards and Loans Business Services processes and (2) shall serve as the third-party relationship manager tasked in overseeing the outsourced functions (third party vendors and GSC) of the department.  He/She shall ensure that both onshore and GSC teams adhere to service standards, compliance and regulatory requirements. In line with this, the jobholder must continue to collaborate directly with the lines of business to ensure the different services in scope for the products are in its optimal.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Key point of contact for onshore in managing group service centres (GSC) in relation to Cards and Loans process and ensures top class services are delivered to customers
  • Oversight of GSC process to ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) is met on consistent basis
  • Effective collaboration with Business to ensure that the business demand is fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Managing project in collaboration with the stakeholders to ensure adherence to the timeline of the projects
  • Effective Vendor Management by ensuring key performance indicator is met
  • Timely reporting and managing incidents if any

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A comprehensive knowledge in Credit Card and Debit Card on-boarding process and post sales services
  • A comprehensive knowledge in Personal Installment Loan on-boarding process and post sales services
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Vendor management skills. 
  • Negotiation skills
  • High level of risk awareness and control
  • Good customer service skills to balance operations and treating customers fairly
  • Inventory management skills
