- Develop options and recommendations, including risks/issues, pros/cons, dependencies and implementation considerations
- Review Global Policies, Frameworks and Procedure documents against new regulatory requirements
- Facilitate workshops to drive project requirements and delivery tasks; constructively challenge options/solutions using critical and systematic thinking
- Coordinate and facilitate testing of new functions and support embedding change, including readiness/adoption and post-implementation reviews
- Support programme/project governance in line with the HSBC Change Framework (e.g., RAID, dependencies, escalation), leveraging tools such as Confluence and JIRA and using AI tools to drive productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- Typically 5+ years’ experience in business analysis and/or transformation roles within banking/financial services
- Demonstrable experience shaping and delivering business-led strategic change (business model/operating model, governance, process and organisational change)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including influencing at senior levels and resolving conflicting priorities
- Proven capability in business case development, including benefits, costs, assumptions, risks and value realisation/tracking approaches
- Strong analytical and communication skills; confident producing executive-ready materials and quantitative analysis
- Understanding of risk, controls and regulatory expectations in a regulated environment
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery contexts; able to translate strategy into actionable delivery artefacts and work packages
- Relevant qualifications beneficial (e.g., CBAP/CCBA, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile/Scrum)
