Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthen existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
  • Providing support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
  • Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
  • Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones
  • Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
  • Protect the reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
  • Deliver training programmes to internal audiences
  • Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified
  • Support in analysing and evaluating training needs, plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned, and undertake responsibilities as needed to address changing business requirements and management direction.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Reasonable experience in sales force and Coach
  • Possess board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
  • Good influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
