We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Trust Administrator.

Joining our Private Banking team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business owners and their families as they grow and protect their wealth across the world’s most dynamic markets. You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies for Ultra High Net Worth clients in the MENA region, while also taking ownership of key High Net Worth relationships. What sets you apart is your ability to deliver a truly personalised service - ensuring every relationship is managed to the highest standard and acting as the crucial link between clients and our Global Private Banking Relationship Managers in Switzerland, London, the UAE, and Singapore. Your expertise and attention to detail will help clients navigate complex wealth, business, and family succession challenges, positioning you as a trusted partner in their long-term success.

In this role you’ll:

  • Support Trust Relationship Managers by helping them deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients, always keeping risk control and compliance top of mind
  • Regularly review trust structures, making sure they align with HSBC’s risk management framework and stay compliant with the latest regulations
  • Coordinate with different departments, service providers, and professional advisors to follow up and complete client servicing requirements
  • Help prepare for client meetings, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and productive discussion
  • Aways looking for ways to improve how things are done, enhancing both the client experience and operational efficiency

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience of trust and company administration
  • Ideally a holder of or studying towards a STEP Diploma or other qualification relevant to trust and company administration
  • Familiarity with the Jersey regulatory environment including knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism requirements
  • A highly effective communicator
  • Tax knowledge would be advantageous
