We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Support Senior Trust Administrator – Support Services Team.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within our  Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of the Trust Company Business.

In this role you’ll:

  • Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation and transferring to new service providers, seeing the process though to the end
  • Assist with appropriate preparation for client meetings
  • Identify enhanced ways of working to improve client experience and operational efficiency
  • Carry out the filing of Jersey Corporation Tax
  • Look after the input and filing of safe custody documents 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Trust Administration experience with knowledge in trust instruments and documentation as well as tax laws and regulatory laws.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to short notice changes of tasks
  • An effective collaborator with good people skills
  • Strong organisational skills
