We are currently seeking a professional individual to join this team in the role of: Senior Client Relationship Manager
This primary purpose of ths role will be to manage and develop client portfolios with the upper HNW and UHNW segments, participating in the Team’s organisation and ensuring appropriate administrative oversight .
In this role, you will:
- Provide full-service banking, investment and wealth management to upper HNW and UHNW private clients through the marketing of all appropriate Global Private Banking products and services
- Establish new relationships and manages existing relationship to generate incremental AUM and Revenue flows in-line with KRIs and Scorecard Objectives
- Ensure client’s objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products, services and solutions and risk profiling and suitability obligations are fulfilled
- Attend management meetings as part of the Global Private Bank CI leadership team
- Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio, inflows of net new money (NNM), net new invested assets, Mandates and Return on AUM achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and RM network
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Level 6 investment qualified with considerable experience giving investment advice and evidence of building a book of clients with significant AUM.
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation with an excellent understanding of financial markets and products
- Solid commercial and negotiation skills with highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
- Ability to provide sound financial and statistical analysis with a strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail, pragmatic and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
