The Opportunity

Join HSBC’s marketing team and help strengthen brand equity while supporting customer growth and customer value in Wealth and Personal Banking. Working with local and regional teams you’ll deliver work across brand, digital, social and performance marketing. You’ll shape market propositions for defined audiences using customer insight, research and internal data. Success means delivering campaigns to time, budget and quality, and using performance data to improve outcomes over time. You’ll also work within marketing approval processes, building risk awareness into day-to-day delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns across Channel Islands and Isle of Man and international markets for HSBC Expat
  • Partner with local and regional marketing teams across brand, digital, social and performance activity
  • Develop and communicate market propositions for target audiences with input from key stakeholders
  • Secure business support and buy-in for planned initiatives including budget spend
  • Brief agencies and internal partners, recommending improvements to strengthen quality and outcomes
  • Execute marketing projects to time, budget and quality and measure performance against targets
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies and suppliers
  • Use data and insight to shape marketing strategy and identify market opportunities supporting the WPB Strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bring substantial experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social and performance
  • Apply customer-focused marketing that looks beyond product sales to customer value
  • Use data, analytics and insight to inform decisions and optimise marketing outcomes
  • Work effectively in agile ways of working and contribute within cross-functional teams and value streams
  • Translate complex business and customer contexts into clear, insight-led narratives and propositions
  • Manage end-to-end delivery across timelines, budgets and quality standards
  • Partner confidently with stakeholders and external agencies to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Promote a speak-up culture by raising concerns and addressing behaviours that don’t align with HSBC policies or customer interests
