We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Complinace Monitoring Analyst.

You’ll act as an independent expert, providing assurance that our business is operating in line with all relevant laws, regulations, and Group standards. You’ll dive deep into processes, conduct thematic reviews, and even take part in stress testing exercises. Whether your focus is local or global, you’ll play a key part in making sure our compliance controls are robust, effective, and future-ready. You’re not just monitoring—you’re helping shape the way we manages risk and driving positive change.

In this role you’ll:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, staying up to date with business, regulatory, and industry changes
  • Support the preparation of compliance risk assessments, collaborating with the compliance team and senior business managers
  • Help develop and review monitoring plans for different business lines, ensuring effective oversight
  • Prepare and consolidate management information on monitoring results for senior leaders, keeping them informed and empowered
  • Track and follow up on actions from monitoring and review work, escalating issues when needed and reporting progress to the Monitoring Control Manager

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Uphold high standards of quality, ensuring accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous office experience and be IT literate
  • Independent, pro-active, and flexible in your way of working
  • Discretion, as you’ll have access to sensitive information
