We are currently seeking the right person to join the CAO team in the role of Business Steering Manager
The Business Steering Manager is part of the Chief Administrative Office who sit within the Chief Operating Office and support the CIIOM Entity with an extremely broad range of complex, BAU and strategic initiatives.
The team balance a demanding and fast paced agenda; workload and desired outcomes will change according to business need. The successful candidate will own delivery for specific tasks as well as supporting the team to complete all tasks on time and to a very high standard.

In this role you will:
- Manage Indirect billing and invoicing through Coupa, engaging relevant cost owner across the business and functions
- Provide oversight of broader Indirect recharging and understanding of Cost Allocation Methodology, ensuring appropriate challenge of costs and review and challenge FTE planning submissions to ensure the business operates within its cost plans
- Demonstrate confidence in dealing with MI, learning to analyse information and translate key information and trends to key stakeholders across the business
- Deliver accurate reporting to various Country, Regional and Group governance forums
- Support the delivery of Governance oversight and Secretariat responsibilities for CIIOM, covering core governance Committees and Forums if required
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- A strong desire to learn new skills, progress in your development and career and contribute positively to a high performing team with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience working with numbers and commercials would be ideal, with strong organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Energetic with a flexible and adaptable approach and an eagerness to want to learn about the strategic aspects of business
- Desire to exceed expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience
