We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Digital Marketing Manager -CIIOM  

The role partners with business teams to shape and deliver customer-focused website content updates and supporting campaigns in response to briefs, securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in to the recommended creative approach and concepts.

In this role you will:

  • Create, update, and govern customer -facing website content and supporting assets, ensuring they’re accurate and accessible/ inclusive, on brand and compliant.
  • Support advertising delivery end-to-end: Coordinate planning and execution of digital advertising activity across markets (incl. paid social/display/search as relevant), aligning creative, targeting, tracking, and timing with digital/social/brand workstreams.
  • Drive delivery across multiple initiatives: Manage concurrent work with clear scope, dependencies, timelines, and budget guardrails—providing structured progress updates and escalating risks/issues early.
  • Improve performance with data and strong controls: Track results against targets, use insights to recommend practical optimisations, and ensure robust governance (reviews/approvals, version control, audit trail) before launch or publication.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

    • Proven digital marketing experience: Hands-on experience planning and delivering digital content for websites, supporting campaigns & web and paid channels, with clear outcomes and measurable impact.
    • Strong website/content capability: Confident creating and managing customer-facing web content (including editing, UX-friendly writing, accessibility/inclusive language), working within brand and governance requirements.
    • Web analytics and optimisation mindset: Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Analytics/GA4 to interpret performance, report insights, and turn data into practical improvements.
    • Delivery and stakeholder management: Able to run multiple workstreams at pace, coordinate inputs across teams/agencies, manage timelines/budgets, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication.
    • Qualifications (desirable): Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential—practical, evidence-based experience matters most.
