We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Training.

In this role you will need:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training solutions for the sales force across tied channels, Bancassurance, FA partners, and brokers
• Focus on wealth planning and product solutions to enhance sales capabilities and client engagement
• Contribute to the organization’s product strategy by participating in product implementation work group
• Conceptualize product value propositions and ensure training materials align with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Support channel engagement initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, policies, and products
• Enhance productivity through targeted training programs that strengthen sales effectiveness and operational efficiency

To be successful you will need:

• Strong sales and training experience within the financial planning industry
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the flexibility to tailor content for different audiences
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in training, learning & development, or financial planning
• Experience designing and evaluating training materials
