Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Vice President, Marketing.
In this role you will:
- Deliver and implement holistic, integrated marketing for the Affluent segment, focused on China internationalists in China/Singapore and their cross-border wealth needs (China/HK ↔ Singapore).
- Develop full-funnel strategy and execution using the Prime/Engage/Convert approach across online and offline channels, including content marketing.
- Translate customer needs and behaviours into segmentation, messaging and channel plans across the cross-border journey; run campaigns leveraging China social, search and content ecosystems.
- Act as an AI user and advocate to improve marketing productivity, personalisation and performance measurement (within governance).
- Own measurement and reporting standards, manage budgets, and lead agency/vendor planning, evaluation and optimisation.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration across proposition, sales, product and global teams; drive creative ideation and ensure strong governance with no breaches of guidelines/regulations.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven track record delivering integrated marketing (digital + offline) with measurable outcomes (acquisition/engagement/conversion).
- Demonstrable experience marketing to China internationalists and/or cross-border audiences (China ↔ Singapore).
- Hands-on expertise across China social, search and content ecosystems; strong agency/vendor management.
- Highly analytical, using competitive insights and performance data to shape full-funnel strategy.
- Practical experience using AI in marketing (content, insights, optimisation, reporting) and able to drive responsible adoption across stakeholders.
- Preferred: financial services/wealth/premium segment experience; degree in finance/analytics/business (Chinese language proficiency required per role profile).
