We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Distribution Campaigns and Events.

 

In this role you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for distribution campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the events team, setting clear priorities, performance standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact local and overseas events, including learning trips, conferences, and distributor engagements.
  • Partner senior business stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, messaging, and integrated campaign touchpoints.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, vendor strategy, and contract negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Drive creative direction for event concepts, content, and experiences, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Establish governance, workflows, and best practices for event operations, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Review event performance and insights, translating outcomes into recommendations for future campaigns and continuous improvement.
