We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Strategic Digital Delivery Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Point of contact for Singapore market business teams liaising with the global value stream delivery teams
- Drive discussions within the market for tech investment demand and implement thorough scrutiny for alignment with strategy
- Coordinate market demand and liaise with the value streams for guidance on global solutions and VS backlog prioritisation
- Help market teams to build investment cases at an aggregated level linking to the OKRs
- Collaborate with Global teams to provide regular performance updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders on key programs
- Translate the strategic priorities into a meaningful, executable, prioritized roadmap and facilitate their design and execution
- Establish a holistic view of delivery across all funding sources
- Identify program delivery blockers and co-ordinate resolutions across market, regional and global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Energetic, positive attitude and team player
- Advanced experience of managing large and complex change projects
- Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally JIRA and Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally including experience presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders
