Principal Accountabilities
In this role you will:

- Define and analyse customer segments and portfolio
- Adhere to Marketing process
Customers / Stakeholders
- Liaise with delivery and support departments

Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Ensure system & operational readiness
To be successful you will need:
- Analytical, self-motivated and independent, team player
- Good knowledge of mortgage loans products and bank operations/ processes/ systems
