We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Business Execution

 

In this role you will:

  • Drive IWPB Singapore’s strategy execution by translating priorities into initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional strategic workstreams, ensuring ownership, accountability and timely delivery
  • Identify interdependencies, risks and execution barriers, and coordinate their resolution
  • Analyse business performance, customer trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and emerging issues
  • Support senior management decisions through structured analysis, recommendations and follow-through
  • Coordinate management governance, including reviews, Board updates, strategic forums and executive presentations
  • Build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and align priorities across functions without direct authority
  • Lead executive communications, townhalls, strategy offsites, leadership engagement and people-and-culture initiatives

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in strategy execution and business management within complex organisations
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights
  • Relevant experience in product management, sales and distribution, finance, consulting, communications, transformation or related disciplines with understanding of business levers in driving outcomes
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills, including Board and management materials
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a self-directed and delivery-focused mindset
