We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transaction Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Review and negotiate documentation for loan facility transactions (e.g., syndicated facilities, project/export finance, Islamic financing).
  • Support documentation for escrow transactions and IPO receiving bank transactions.
