We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager, Treasury Centers, Global Payments Solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Originate new-to-bank opportunities across the region through proactive prospecting and consultative selling to regional treasurers, CFOs, and key treasury influencers; navigate complex stakeholder structures (HQ, regional hubs, shared service centres) to deliver enterprise-wide payments solutions.
  • Accountable for portfolio financial performance, with a strong focus on cross-country/regional execution and product partnership.
  • Lead the GPS sales strategy for RTC clients, targeting large corporates across diversified industries with regional decision-making centers.
  • Partner closely with Global Relationship Bankers to ensure seamless, joined-up client coverage across geographies; collaborate with in-country, regional and global GPS stakeholders to grow share of wallet, align to global account strategies and client plans, and execute key mandates to expand the book and deliver new revenue.
  • Act as a trusted adviser by sharing relevant market insights, regulatory updates, and payments innovation themes tailored to the RTC segment.
  • Support client segmentation and RTC proposition development, ensuring offerings remain relevant, competitive, and future-focused.
  • Lead and represent the bank at industry engagements (sector workshops, treasury forums, roundtables) to increase visibility and strengthen sector influence.
  • Role-model Sales Manager competencies, providing coaching and guidance to sales managers and team members as needed.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Extensive frontline experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, and Coverage roles.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-country treasury sales, with strong knowledge of cash management products, the regulatory environment, and Asia’s market landscape; well-versed in the Regional Treasury Centre ecosystem in Singapore and across Asia, including buying behaviours, shared service models, and global–local decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management capability, effective across global, regional, and local teams within a matrix structure.
  • Deep understanding of treasury requirements across Healthcare, Energy, Consumer Goods, Industrials, and Professional Services.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to provide insights, influence outcomes, and co-create solutions with clients.
  • Knowledge of treasury technology trends (e.g., ERP integration, real-time payments, digital transformation) and treasury transformation would be highly advantageous.
