We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join Employee Banking Solutions team as Senior Premier Business Development Manager.

 

In this role you will need:

  • Onboard new-to-bank (NTB) customers end-to-end, ensuring a smooth account opening journey and high-quality customer experience.
  • Build and convert acquisition pipelines across multiple channels (branch walk-ins, self-sourcing, digital leads, roadshows and employee workplace solutions events.) through proactive prospecting, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Drive funded Premier acquisition by securing timely initial funding and improving activation/conversion rates.
  • Acquire and cross-sell other basic banking products to customers, meeting product penetration targets.
  • Grow Gross New Money (GNM) by encouraging deposits/inflows and building strong early engagement with new customers.
  • Identify wealth opportunities and refer qualified customers to the Relationship Manager (RM) for Wealth solutions and portfolio conversations.
  • Perform branch duty to serve NTB walk-in customers, converting walk-ins into Premier/credit card opportunities where suitable.
  • Maintain full compliance with onboarding, KYC/AML and regulatory requirements, with accurate documentation and clean handover to RM where applicable.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3.5 years’ sales/acquisition experience in banking or financial services; affluent segment experience preferred.
  • Strong sales capability with effective stakeholder/people management and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound knowledge of affluent banking products and services, with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with strong needs-based selling capability.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
