We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Programmes.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement programmes for the future of financial services with a focus on emerging technologies
- Focus and deliver Singapore’s leadership in AI, digital assets, and quantum computing, encouraging revenue accretive use cases
- Produce board and OpCo level strategy papers, influencing at the senior most levels in the bank
- Identify white spaces that will significantly enhance user and customer experiences, identify areas the team should be focusing on, and generate ideas that challenge conventional approaches
- Build trusted relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders, shaping and negotiating conversations that deliver the bank’s strategy
- Embed deeply in the financial technology ecosystem to stay ahead of emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Bring energy, creativity, and curiosity to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, staying comfortable with uncertainty
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive experience in business consulting, transformation, or strategy roles
- University Degree/ Masters in BA/ BS
- Deep knowledge on AI, quantum computing and digital asset use cases required
- Engagement with the fintech ecosystem, regulator or big technology companies is beneficial
- Extremely strong influencer, negotiator, and communicator with strong project management skills and a demonstratable experience in delivering strategic projects
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset and be highly adaptable to changing environments
