We are currently seeking high calibre professional to join our team as Senior Business Implementation Change Manager (2 years Fixed Term Contract).
In this role you will:
Strategic Business Management, Execution, Risk and Controls
- Oversee and support Front Office delivery of key initiatives, reviews and remediation, producing MI to track progress and provide oversight.
- Support COO priorities including simplification/process improvement, change delivery, regulatory and business initiatives, and AI initiatives.
- Partner across Front, Middle and Back Office, SMEs and risk stakeholders to resolve issues across the Private Bank platform.
- Enable senior management decision-making using MI, performance metrics, analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Represent Private Bank COO/Platform Management in relevant committees, forums and working groups.
- Maintain oversight of Platform Management risk issues and ensure adherence to applicable L1 and L2 controls.
- Work with Business Risk and risk stakeholders to design and implement appropriate controls for existing processes and new/changed workflows.
- Embed global/regional/local Private Bank policies and evolving compliance/control standards into processes, ensuring ongoing regulatory and internal policy compliance and driving remediation for emerging risks/control gaps.
To be successful you will need:
- 7+ years’ relevant experience in private banking.
- Strong knowledge of private banking practices, policies, processes, platforms, products, and services.
- Self-starter able to make balanced, independent decisions and perform well under pressure.
- Flexible, positive mindset; comfortable taking on a broad range of tasks in ambiguous role definitions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to influence and drive outcomes.
- Strong strategic planning, presentation, and financial/statistical analysis skills, with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability (large-scale/regional project experience an advantage).
