Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior AI Product Manager.
In this role you will:
- Lead the shaping, prioritisation and delivery of Securities Services (SSv) Artificial intelligence (AI) use cases across areas such as onboarding, reporting, exception management, knowledge services, client service and operational workflow.
- Translate business priorities into clear AI product roadmaps, target operating models and phased delivery plans.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering and Data teams to define end-to-end AI solution designs, including data flows, orchestration layers, model interaction patterns, APIs, search / retrieval design, governance checkpoints and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Provide strong solutioning leadership across AI infrastructure and AI application build, including areas such as MCP integration patterns, data / schema design, database considerations for AI agents, model calling approaches, workflow orchestration and automation design.
- Help define and govern SSv’s AI use case intake, prioritisation and solution review approach; Promote reusability of AI components, patterns, controls, prompts, retrieval approaches, evaluation frameworks and workflow designs across SSv initiatives.
- Partner with Data, Product and Operations teams to ensure AI solutions are underpinned by trusted, well-structured and governed data; Drive clarity on data requirements, lineage, semantic meaning, control points and AI readiness across source systems and strategic platforms.
- Act as a trusted senior partner to Product, Operations, COO, Technology, Risk and Client-facing stakeholders on AI strategy and solution direction.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders on AI opportunities, solution options, implementation choices and adoption planning.
To be successful you will need:
- Significant experience in financial services, data / digital product delivery and strategic transformation, with substantial exposure to enterprise AI solution delivery.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise AI solution patterns, including Large Language Model, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, search / retrieval, agentic AI workflows, intelligent automation, Natural Language Processing and AI-assisted decision support.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence across business, technology and control functions.
- Strong knowledge of Securities Services, asset servicing, onboarding, reporting, operations, workflow management or related domains is preferred.
- Experience building or leading production-grade AI solutions, not only pilots or proofs of concept.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data / Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
