We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Support Manager - Asset Management.
In this role you will:
- Play an instrumental role in enabling generation of sales and incremental revenues by providing end-to-end sales support to the Institutional Sales team covering Asset Management clients across South East Asia.
- Enable efficient execution of the sales pipeline by coordinating materials, processes, reporting, and client servicing support.
- Help the team “spend time selling” by removing friction from day-to-day commercial activity.
- Act as core internal contact point to obtain prompt internal documentation to sales who are typically outside of the office and on the go.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; be able to produce client-ready materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong data discipline.
- Highly organised, proactive, and dependable—good at managing competing deadlines without prompting
- Confident engaging senior internal stakeholders; comfortable chasing inputs and closing loops
- Keen interest and /or familiarity with investments, asset classes, the institutional asset management sales cycle
