We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Management Analyst – Global Network Banking

 

In this role you will:

  • Work to achieve the Group strategy and business objectives.
  • Share knowledge, experience and best practices within and outside of immediate team and promote a collective culture to spread experience and best practice.
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Network Banking clients and build upon existing and winning new long term relationships with the customers we want to bank, coherent with Corporate and Institutional Banking strategy to be the Leading International Trade and Commercial Bank.
  • Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment.
  • Collaborating with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise.
  • Ensure a quality service for all customers by owning customer engagement, ensuring service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer, prospect or professional’s interaction with HSBC
  • Maintain awareness of operational and fraud risk within assigned portfolio and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
  • Be an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank’s profile in the local community, with a particular focus on international business.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management support, trade/commercial banking, credit/portfolio support, or a related financial services role
  • Strong client-focus with the ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Strong organization skills—able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
  • A learning mindset and appetite to deepen knowledge across products (e.g., cash management, trade, lending) and client industries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on risk awareness and controls
