We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager, GPB.
In this role you will:
- Proposition Development: design and refine proposition to ensure an attractive and commercial offering in each market and appropriate competitive differentiation and appeal to our priority target segments with focus on wealth
- Data Analytics and Commercialisation: Leverage data analytics, client insights and market intelligence to inform strategy decisions, measure proposition performance and optimize outcomes through tools like CRM system, predictive modelling and performance dashboards
- Implementation of strategic initiatives: take full ownership of implementing strategic initiatives, managing complex, cross-functional projects with wealth product teams; ensuring alignment, timely delivery, achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with regional and market teams to identify and capitalize business opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and develop new product ideas based on market needs and competitive analysis
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Risk and Compliance oversight
- Ensure proposition team alignment with all other areas of Global Distribution – ie: sales effectiveness, collaboration and marketing
To be successful you will need:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, strategy consulting, or financial services, with proven track record in proposition development, client segmentation, wealth product
- Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management products (e.g. investment portfolios, trusts, estate planning), and global financial markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articular complex strategies clearly
- Hands-on experience in cross functional collaboration, including working with global and regional teams for initiatives and product launches
- Demonstrated success in using data to drive business decisions and improve client engagement in a global and multi-market context
- Be able to work independently and deliver initiatives from ideation to execution
- Prior exposure to project management and implementation of wealth-related initiatives is essential
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player capable of building relationships across diverse geographies and cultures
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
