- Build and manage a pipeline of simplification initiatives, tracking throughput improvements, cycle-time reduction, and capacity release outcomes against agreed targets.
- Oversee deployment of process mining tooling, using data-driven insights to surface improvement opportunities at scale.
- Partner with IWPB Business Managers, Transformation Leads, and CIB Division COOs to align simplification priorities with business demand, capacity constraints, and dependencies.
- Set practice standards and develop capability for the Process Excellence Business Analyst, ensuring consistent methodology and high-quality analytical output.
- Represent the Simplify & Rewire pillar in senior COO/CEO governance forums, providing concise, delivery-grounded updates on progress, risks, decisions required, and outcomes.
To be successful you will need:

- Proven track record delivering end-to-end process redesign from diagnostic through implementation and sustained adoption.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma; Green/Black Belt certification advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with process mining/analytics tooling (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Python) and ability to translate outputs into actionable improvement narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment across IWPB/CIB or similar environments.
- Degree-level education (or equivalent); MBA or professional process qualification advantageous.
