We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Strategy and Commercialisation.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Review AM Platforms and Products commercial success across the Active & Passive range versus market competition. 
  • Perform Market Analysis aimed to identify trends and opportunities.                                                                                                                    
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Investment and the Product division to facilitate new launches, changes and terminations.
  • Identify strategic Product and commercialisation improvements.                                                                                                                    
  • Provide Senior management reporting.                                                                                                                         

 

To be successful you will need:

 

  • Understanding of Active and Passive asset management business, trends and competitive landscape, including regulatory and ESG related.
  • Prior fund structuring experience across Active and Passive funds.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong interest for asset management market dynamics
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience navigating a complex global organization.

 

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
