We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Principal, Listed Infrastructure Equity.

In this role you will:

• Provide investment idea generation, fundamental company analysis and portfolio construction input in the telecommunication infrastructure sector and aligned with the listed infrastructure equity strategies
• Ensure performance for all products is consistent and meets objectives, particularly delivering 4/5 Star Morningstar ratings
• Ensure that all stock recommendations are supported by detailed investment analysis, including full financial models and valuation (i.e. DCF, Sum of Parts, Multiples analysis)
• Ensure that all portfolios are managed appropriately for their risk/return objectives
• Ensure ESG considerations are integrated in the investment approach, leveraging our proprietary data, other third party data, stock research, active engagement and our ESG governance frameworks.
• Maintain and apply coherent and robust investment process and contribute to evolution of the process.
• Facilitate beneficial working relationships within Alternatives and the broader AM, including but not limited to the equity platform.
• Support strategic initiatives as required

To be successful you will need:

• Post graduate degree and / or relevant professional qualification
• Professional certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar qualification, such as a CPA
• Significant experience working in the listed infrastructure equity sector in research with a proven investment track record, particularly in the telecommunication infrastructure sector
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information from a range of sources and present in a succinct and compelling way.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various financial management software, such as Bloomberg
