- Incident Management: Support the management of material platform or trading incidents from identification through resolution, including stakeholder communication, escalation, root-cause analysis and implementation of appropriate remediation.
- Change Management: Represent the Equities business in platform enhancements, new functionality, regulatory initiatives, and other change programmes, translating business requirements into clear deliverables and driving projects through testing and implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Compliance, acting as a bridge between trading requirements and platform capabilities.
- Controls & Risk Management: Maintain strong execution and operational discipline, proactively identifying trading, platform and operational risks and ensuring appropriate controls, escalation and remediation.
To be successful you will need:
- The candidate should have relevant equities dealing, execution or trading experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, or institutional brokerage, with a strong understanding of global equity markets, market structure and execution.
- Demonstrable interest or experience in trading technology, platform management, business analysis or project delivery, with the ability to understand trading workflows and translate business problems into practical technology and process solutions.
- Strong ownership, judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across Front Office, Operations and Technology in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant Singapore regulatory qualifications and familiarity with trading and market-data platforms are preferred.
