We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Digital Product Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Accountable for the end-to-end Digital Product lifecycle ensuring the maximum Return On Investment (ROI) is achieved
- Driving the Digital Product Roadmap to enhance, expose and optimize our customer journeys. Define the future products and the new items HSBC Singapore should be working on, whilst putting together the robust Business Case to show the commercial benefits of launching it
- Acts as owner/champion for one or more Digital products. Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate product development methods, tools, and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
- Working with stakeholders across local market including Data & Analytics, Business Owners, Risk Stewards and Global colleagues to define the product and journey
- Using customer insight and data define and drive improvement opportunities across customer experience, commercial product sales and digitally native capabilities
- Define functional and deployment requirements, in conjunction with Software Delivery, Change Delivery, Marketing and other stakeholders to facilitate improved customer engagement
- Refine the overall digital experience for new capabilities in partnership with Marketing, Proposition, and other key stakeholders
- Research new technologies & services, assess competitors, new entrants, and review digital regulations and put recommendations forward for new capabilities
Requirements
- Advanced Digital Product Management experience in building and launching new products and journeys
- Proven experience in designing products and holistic customer experiences whilst having a passion for creating best in class experiences. Along with experience in the use of design thinking, lean start-up and agile methodologies
- Possess a blend of business and technical knowledge whilst having the ability to drive strategy into action along with ability to formulate and execute key artifacts such as Product Roadmaps and Business Cases
- An entrepreneurial drive to investigate and figure out why things happen using Data & Management Information (MI) whilst having the ability to put robust Business Cases together to justify why the problem needs solving; using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics in addition to analytical and presentation skills is a plus
- Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization
- Experience of Payments & Foreign Exchange Products and understanding of the external digital market is a strong advantage
