We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead.

 

In this Role you will:

  • Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
  • Manage the delivery of complex customer and staff experience enhancements from design through to release.
  • Input to Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions.
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team.
  • Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g. Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints).
  • Participant in various governance forums, discuss, support and lead in presenting the key project progress, annual technology plan, risk, issues and escalations.
  • Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of Wealth Business and project delivery experience.
  • Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process.
  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability

 

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
