We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager: Loans

 

In this role you will: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients when acting as Facility Agent, Security Agent and/or Account Bank and using best judgement to resolve any queries/issues
  • Collaborate with our Operational stakeholders to ensure accurate deal set-up and ongoing monitoring
  • Co-ordinate loan closing and primary syndication as Agent, working closely with Originators and Loan Syndication teams to ensure timely execution
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day activities as part of the Loan Agency function, such as condition precedents /condition subsequent’ s drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, information covenants, waivers and amendments, secondary transfers
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider ASEAN region and across a wide range of sectors
  • Responsibility for safe-keeping security related documentation.
  • General adhoc BAU activities as and when required

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in loan agency, with strong knowledge of Loan agency function including syndicated loans, private credit, structured banking and project finance
  • Familiarity of APLMA/LMA Credit Agreements
  • Strong people and interpersonal skills and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure effectively and independently while managing multiple tasks
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards and strong understanding of loan agency operational risk and best practices
  • Team player, both internally and externally
  • Willing to face challenges and accept additional responsibilities
