We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager - Asset Management.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary servicing contact for assigned institutional clients, managing queries and requests end-to-end, providing proactive updates and escalating risks/issues appropriately.
- Own end-to-end client onboarding and ongoing client file maintenance, coordinating documentation, operational set-up, readiness checks, periodic reviews/remediation and due diligence in partnership with KYC/AML, Compliance, Operations and Legal.
- Coordinate compliance clearance for client-facing materials (presentations, factsheets, invitations and marketing collateral), ensuring appropriate record-keeping and adherence to policies/regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc client reporting and agreed deliverables (e.g., performance, holdings, risk, fees), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear expectation-setting for bespoke requests.
- Support Sales with client meeting preparation and follow-ups, coordinating internal actions and feasibility/implementation planning to deliver client outcomes and support new opportunities.
- Manage RFP/RFI/DDQ responses end-to-end and keep standard content current; support client events/webinars and drive process improvement (templates, trackers, automation) while maintaining accurate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) updates and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare for and host/attend quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including agenda setting, materials, minutes, actions and follow-through to closure.
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing within Asset Management, ideally supporting institutional clients and/or institutional distribution.
- Proven experience coordinating RFP/RFI/DDQ responses and producing client reporting packs.
- Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with compliance/governance processes for client-facing materials.
