We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager.
In this role you will:
- Partner with Sales/Distribution to onboard new institutional clients, including coordination of account opening and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Support compliance review/approval of client-facing and marketing materials in line with internal governance.
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Prepare and deliver regular client reporting (e.g., portfolio/market updates, performance and holdings packs where applicable) and support risk-related reporting requests.
- Coordinate and draft responses for RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, working with Investments, Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support client meetings and periodic reviews (agenda, materials, minutes/actions, follow-ups) and maintain service standards.
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing within Asset Management, ideally supporting institutional clients and/or institutional distribution.
- Proven experience coordinating RFP/RFI/DDQ responses and producing client reporting packs.
- Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with compliance/governance processes for client-facing materials.
