We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analysis - Global Payment Solutions Operations
In this role you will:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Project Sirena, from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, ensuring delivery remains on schedule.
- Manage scope, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and change control, escalating appropriately through governance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and third parties to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Establish and run project governance, including steering updates, status reporting, and decision logs with clear actions and owners.
- Coordinate delivery across workstreams, ensuring requirements, design, build, testing, and rollout activities are integrated.
- Track and manage budget, resourcing, and capacity, highlighting constraints early and proposing pragmatic options.
- Ensure delivery meets HSBC control expectations (e.g., risk, compliance, audit, data/privacy, and operational readiness), with evidence captured.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services.
- Strong project management capability (planning, RAID, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management) with a delivery mindset.
- Experience working with Payment , Cheque, Screening and Global Payments Solutions (GPS) related processes will be an advantage
- Confident communicator able to influence across levels, manage competing priorities, and drive decisions at pace.
- Strong risk and control awareness, with experience operating within formal governance and documentation standards.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification) is preferred.
