We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Bancassurance Product Manager.

 

In this role you will:

  • Own the end-to-end country Bancassurance (Life Insurance) portfolio: strategy, performance, governance and controls.
  • Define and deliver the country product strategy aligned to Global Wealth direction, partnering closely with the insurance provider. 
  • Optimise product mix by client segment (Premier, Premier Elite, Global Private Bank) to balance growth, profitability and customer outcomes. 
  • Drive distribution growth across digital, mobile, phone and branch channels, shaping the operating model with channel and sales leaders. 
  • Lead new product and proposition enhancements, including customer journey, positioning, pricing and promotional approach. 
  • Deliver end-to-end launches and change (campaigns, promotions, platform enablement), including UAT coordination and rollout readiness. 
  • Strengthen governance, risk and controls: product approvals, quality checks, reporting, post-implementation reviews and audit readiness. 
  • Use data and insights to improve penetration, cross-sell and persistency; identify risks/customer fairness concerns and drive mitigations with partners. 

 

To be successful you will: 

  • University degree (BA/BS); professional investment/wealth qualifications are an advantage. 
  • Extensive Wealth Management experience across product, sales and distribution, with strong Bancassurance product management expertise. 
  • Proven track record delivering commercial outcomes with strong execution and project/change management discipline. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment; excellent written and spoken English. 
  • Detail-oriented, able to operate at pace, and comfortable leading delivery across multiple channels and partners.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills (able to build clear executive presentations and perform robust data analysis/reporting).
